Markers Of Beautiful Memories
Written by Clementine/Ian Sarabia

Your face is a welcome interlude
Like a lift back into school
It’s all hearts and flowers
Love’s umpire called time
You have taken root in my mind
Like a heavenly infection
Taking leave of my senses
A riot in the heart
Come ruin or rapture
May we never part
A blue mystic light
I carry a torch and a pocket guide
To the markers of beautiful memories
I was given to fits of lost traditions
Now I’m living on sealed confessions
Oh, such a sweet distress
Suspended pipe dreams are touching
Revolving and spinning
Am I accursed or blessed it’s uncertain
Oh, I have faith in my bearings
A riot in the heart
Come ruin or rapture
May we never part
A blue mystic light
I carry a torch and a pocket guide
To the markers of beautiful memories
I love everything about this song, especially the lyrics, carefully crafted and well-written (nakaka-inlove)..I actually wrote the lyrics in the scrapbook I gave to a certain someone I have loved for 3 years..I just hope he gets the message. Anyways, I love The Camerawalls 🙂 it means so much to have your music influence me in expressing my innermost feelings. The lyrics tell much about the feelings I kept unsaid and finally I’ve told him everything there is to know. Thank you very much and I hope you continue making music..I’m so infatuated, crazy head-over-heels, enamored with your songs. ❤
