Our EP Launch, Pre-orders and MP3s

With only 10 days until my 34th birthday, and 11 days until the fourth installment of The POP Shoppe! Music Series — We’re finally releasing another record!

After more than two years since our last, our new EP, “Bread and Circuses,” will be celebrated through a launch party on December 11. I want to take this opportunity to gently persuade you to fulfill my birthday wish and join us in the celebration with The Gentle Isolation, Your Imaginary friends, and guests Hannah + Gabi, and Juan Pablo Dream at the ground floor lobby of Ayala Museum.

Tickets come with a complimentary tour of the Ayala Museum (6-7PM), and a copy of the “Bread and Circuses” EP for only PHP500 and will be made available at select Powerbooks stores (Glorietta, Greenbelt, Shangrila, Trinoma), Jorge’s Portrait Studio (35 P. This EP contains a diverse mix of songs I produced, alongside Robert Javier (The Youth) and Jonathan Ong, and features collaborations with some musician friends. Kate Torralba contributed lovely piano and keyboard sections on Track #2 while Francis Reyes did some exciting guitar work on Track #3. Perrin Walker from Australia e-mailed us Violin takes on Track #4 written by him and Dan Shepherd. Any other additions that you will hear are excellent contributions and production by Jonathan Ong of Sonicstate Audio who did keyboards, strings and other orchestrations on Tracks #1, #4 and #5.
